I attended twice on Sat 20th July 2019 due to be given some mediction that didn't agree with me. I went through the BARDOC pathway and that was really good. It was busy but its out of hours what do you expect and go be seen twice within on the same day was really good..

My son phoned for an appointment after being given a referral letter by his doctor. The person who answered the phone told him he could not be seen and would need a letter from the hospital she was rude and obstructive. I called in to complain about her attitude but am still awaiting a call back so that I can make an official complaint.

Went here out of hours to get a hospital prescription re created as a standard doctors prescription as it was weekend and even the hospitals pharmacy was closed. The staff were so helpful, just a short wait and they had it printed and a signed by a doctor. Very impressed with the service I received that day. It may not sound like much but if you knew how much of a hassle my regular doctors would make it to do somthing like this you would understand my appreciation for this doctors.

amazing from start to finish.my mum was worried about going and me not being able to go in with her because of covid which made her even more worried.I saw her to the door and put her mask on.she was met by a polite security guard who directed her. When she came out she said the doctor was amazing and made her feel comfortable talking to him.Its rare to see this sort of professionalism and i Thankyou for treating my mum so kindly.
