This hospital brought my children into the world and gave them and my wife great after care. They continue to take great care of my mother and the one time i went i was well looked after. I know you are overworked, abused and under appreciated but, I will always be eternally grateful to the staff here for always doing their best.

Good local hospital. They looked after me when I was very I'll. I've no complaints

Took my son for an xray appointment today Arrived early, expected to be waiting around However was taken straight in, staff were lovely friendly and polite explained the process to my son and put him at ease. We was back to the car 15 minutes before our appointment time should of been. Good service.

Avoid Bolton maternity unit! My girlfriend is currently here being induced as the baby is measuring big, and she is now on 40 weeks + 4 days and she wasnt meant to go past 40 weeks, but they keep saying there too busy to break her waters so might have to have a section due to them being too busy! Its a complete joke.

I’ve just left my sister who received a new hip today. I was so impressed by BRI I just had to post. Lovely grounds, plenty of parking. The staff were lovely. The ward was so clean. I know my sister is receiving the best. Well done BRI you are doing a fantastic job.

Pathetic. I have had a minor surgery appointment booked for today for 2.5 months. I got up early and travelled to go the the appointment only to be told that they didn't want to perform my surgery as they didn't want to occupy one of the minor surgery theatres for 30 minutes. This suggests to me that they were never actually going to perform the surgery, otherwise the theatre would have already been booked for me. They had 2.5 months to tell me that they didn't want to perform my surgery, but waited until I was sat in the hospital to tell me, and it appeared to me that the doctor had already come to the conclusion that he didn't want to perform the surgery even before I entered the room. Isn't this what minor surgery theatres are for? Minor surgeries? It's not like I was stopping someone from having a major surgery. The doctor himself told me that it would have taken 30 minutes to perform my surgery, but instead advised that I call back again in 2-3 years :)… and that if my problem is not causing me immense pain right now, then I need to wait until I am in immense pain before calling again. I don't understand why I need to wait until I'm in a lot of pain to be able to have the surgery, when they could have done the minor surgery today to avoid the inevitable pain in the future. What a waste of a morning, money on travel, and the past 2.5 months of believing my problem was finally going to be relieved.

Satisfied 😌 in 100%❤ My experience at Bolton hospital is excellent. My baby girl Emily was born 10 days ago. From the very beginning of entering the hospital, because I had an education of labor, through childbirth and until the last day, I felt secure and safe. All the midwifes, the assistants, the doctor who assisted me in the delivery were a great team. They always helped me if I needed or for my baby girl. I recommend to every woman and I will NEVER forget the perfect care, kindness and attention!!! ❤

I was surprised to see that there was no ev charging point here. Infrastructure in public places is very important to ev drivers.

They are the bravest people I have had the privilege to know. They could not do more for the patients. THEY ARE ALL ANGELS.😇😇😇

Very poor hospital. The childrens ward staff mainly the older ones are extremely rude, they need a refresh course or perhaps tips from their younger junior drs on how to treat patients, and the staff on F ward are the same - rude. I asked for a blanket for my 5 year old and the nurse said this is a hospital not a hotel. (yes really?!) constantly looking down their nose at you. Wouldn't know empathy if it smacked them round the head. I discharged my son due to poor care. And may I add the ward was dead so cannot say they are over run. Would never ever go there again. Salford royal is an amazing hospital and put this place so SHAME!
