Could not be happier with the product offered and the service provided by Browns. I hesitated with this project for quite a while before contacting Chris, due to fear of the potential upheaval, etc - straight from the initial meeting he knew exactly what we needed, provided excellent advice and came up with a solution and product that far exceeded our expectations. The site installation team worked brilliantly to ensure minimal disruption & damage to the garden. I now have a wonderful office away from the house, and associated storage - highly recommended indeed.

We purchased a Garden Room recently from Chris Brown and were delighted with the whole experience from beginning to end. The staff in the showroom were informative and took pride in their work. I recently had a Pembroke Garden Room with storage installed .Chris Brown did a site survey and gave me a comprehensive plan and estimate without a high 'pressure sales pitch.I was able to adapt the plan to suit my own personal needs so it was very flexible. The workmen who did the installation were pleasant polite and keen to carry out the work to a high standard.I was really pleased with the finished product the room is modern fits the bill enhances my garden and serves the purpose for which it was built. To Browns credit after completion any minor tweaks that were needed were addressed promptly.

We have recently had a Pembroke style garden room and store supplied and installed by Browns and we are delighted with the finished product which more than met our expectations. To be sure, there are cheaper similar products on the market but one gets what one pays for, in this case a superior product which looks good demonstrates quality. We were very impressed with the service we received from Browns, from first contact right through to the finished article. Chris Brown could not have been more helpful, providing lots of unbiased good advice, and the two fitters worked 'their socks off' in sometimes most inclement weather. To everyone at Browns a big 'thank you' and we have no hesitation in recommending your firm and your product.

Had a Brown's garden building installed yesterday. First class job by the guys who installed it, working all day in extreme searing heat. Really pleased with quality and appearance of the building, looks great. Would definitely recommend Brown's. Hope the lads have recovered!

Chris the owner, Rob & Robbie are a fantastic team. From start to finish it was an easy & enjoyable experience, no pressure from Chris regarding the sales process. Rob & Robbie who erect the garden building are 2 very nice lads, nothing was an issue for them. Both of them were perfectionists, & didn't leave on the last day until 7 in the evening. I had 2 small snags, however Chris came out the following week & put them right. Overall Browns are a fantastic Company, & I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone interested in a new garden building!
