Absolute con men. DO NOT USE... left with poorly fitted drafty windows. Had 12 appointments for work to be rectified for the guy to ring in sick or van broke down or the fitter didnt have the correct tools. Constant lies from Adam to whom no longer answered our calls. no invoice, no guarantee and not fensa registered. Save your money! wish i had the windows i have now are worse than the ones we replaced and i cant afford to pay to replace them again.

Gave one star as no star wouldn't show. Steer clear, cowboys and will take your money. Also they went bumpish. Careful, they will remain themselves with a different name. Can't take them to court as not in any organisation.

I am delighted with my new windows and doors. They have transformed the house both inside and out into a home with character. The installers had teamwork down to an art form and were great.

The worst customer service. They promise call backs and times for fittings but never keep up to them

1/ 5

The worst customer service. They promise call backs and times for fittings but never keep up to them. It can take months, almost years it seems before something gets done. Even though their prices seem better it's not worth it unless you want your things fitted next year. I wouldn't leave a deposit with them in future. That way if they come they get paid and if they don't come when they promised someone else gets paid.

The whole process ran smoothly. They kept me informed from when the order was placed until it was completed. The chap that did the job was fantastic. He cleaned up as he went along. I had nothing do do but sit down and relax when he left. Excellent customer service.

1/ 5

A Bradford based company who purport to be a quality, professional company focused on customer service. They hide behind a facade of TV advert and well put together website. They are quick to respond to any potential order and also to take your money, however if you have any issues with the windows their attitude changes for the worst. They fit the wrong size units in my frames which of course do not seal correctly. After 6 months of phone calls, 29 in total, numerous emails, numerous conversations with lots of people, many many broken promises, four appointments all of which they failed to turn up without letting me know, I have taken the decision to elevate this company to the masses. Social media is a wonderful media. All in all their customer service is beyond appalling. Don’t be fooled by the TV advert, the flash website or the sales patter. Buy from Love Windows and DO NOT expect any after sales service. I am now taking legal action against this company For further corroboration take a look at other review sites such as trust pilot.
