I was most impressed with the service I received from this company. The blinds were fitted within a week of ordering, and Has fitted them quickly and efficiently. They look very well, and fit my windows perfectly. I would recommend Alams to anyone who is thinking of buying blinds.

what a great company. They have excellent staff and fitters. in the office Adam - provided excellent services to me, they came on time, worked really hard and fitted the blinds - no hassle. I had a minor issue with the blinds and it was rectified immediately with no quibble, no messing about and i think that is the quality of the firm. An outstanding service from start to finish. Maz came to measure up on Monday, and the blinds were fitted today. Maz was friendly, professional and helpful in getting us the blinds we needed for the price we could afford. In fact, he was so good, we purchased blinds for the entire house and are thrilled with the results. The fitter came, today, and was equally as impressive. Not only did we get a call an hour before fitting, we got a follow-up text to say when he had left his last appointment and was on his way. Once here, our fitter was friendly, quick and professional. He ensured everything was clean and tidy and that I was completely satisfied before he left. The blinds look great, work well and have really finished off our home. Thank you, Beautiful Blinds.

The service I have received from Alams Beautiful Blinds is second to none! From measuring up & quoting, there was no pushy sales. I was told it would be a two week wait to make the blinds as I had a full house done, upstairs and downstairs. I had other quotes and I was told there would be a 6wk wait. Two weeks to the day they were fitted by Dave who was friendly and had the blinds up in no time. I've received a professional and friendly service throughout.
