Absolutey amazing service from start to finish. cannot thank carousel enough for the work they carried out.I wanted a window taking out and french doors putting in so I have access to the back garden for my severely disabled son this was done and is perfect.I also wanted a window putting in my concrete shed again perfect. Staff are polite hard working and do the job to a high spec. will recommend carousel to everyone I know. very very happy customer had work done previously and was highly delighted with what I had done. Thank you for making life so much better for my son. highly recommended

I had my windows and doors fitted by this company. All was well until one of the windows broke. Steve Lister (the owner) sent someone to my house when I was out. No phone call, no text, nothing. Then when I rang him to find out when someone would come to fix the window, he shouted down the phone at me! He told me it was my fault a for not being home and that if I wanted my windows fixed, I'd have to pay for it. He didn't listen to a word I had to say and just carried on shouting and put the phone down on me. I was truely shocked. He was so polite when he came to organise the fitting and taking payment etc. Be warned, Carousel will be polite and friendly...until money is paid. Then you're on your own. They become rude, aggressive and short tempered. Steer clear!! I also noticed they use employees to put up positive reviews to try challenge the truth of how poor their customer service really is (The owner Steve has even put one up!). His son Adrian is also a very rude man. He doesn't mince his words and is quick at taking your money and then treating you like rubbish! I wouldn't use this company again. I hope they stop trading soon - cowboys through and through.

Carousel were recommended by a friend and have just finished fitting 7 windows and a door. John and Jamie were brilliant, really hard working and friendly. Did a fantastic job and tidied up every day. I'd definitely recommend Carousel for a good price and excellent service.

Carousel windows fit my doors and windows initially in 2016 . They provided an excellent service at the time from providing the initial quote to installation. This week, 5 years later , we developed a very minor problem ,we phoned carousel for advise, they sent Ash out the next day , who resolved the problem with no charge. Can 100% recommend them.

We spoke to Chris at carousel about getting a conservatory in last year and whilst it took a while to get it fitted they did do a really good job. Is recommend them to my friends. The people at carousel and their contractors are really polite, hard working, pleasant and tidy up as the go along. We now use or conservatory every day and the bi-folding doors that they fitted are great. My only criticism is that I feel that they could communicate more when problems did come up. I know they have a lot on and a lot of complexity but that would have made the service even better.

Would ideal remedy this company for new windows or doors. They are good guys honest and very reliable. I had no problem with the work well pleased and cleaned up after themselves lefted no mess.

I first approached Carousel about five years ago when the double glazed panel in my kitchen window had failed. They gave me a very reasonable price for a replacement panel but pointed out that, for not much more, I could have the frame replaced too. I opted for that and they did a very quick, neat job. In the Autumn of 2018 I approached Carousel about replacing the rest of my windows. Their quote was the best of three I obtained and there was no pressure sales - “sign today and we can do it for this price” or “I’ll phone my boss and see what he can knock off the price” They did an excellent job over two days, replacing fourteen windows, and left no mess whatsoever. I also noted that their contract was simple and complied with Consumer Law, unlike some companies. About fifteen months after the installation I noticed that the trim around one of the windows had come away. The following day someone came out and fixed it. When I decide to get my soffits, fascias and guttering fine, I’ll be using Carousel.
