West Yorkshire Glazing fabricated a beautiful shopfront for me (seen in their photo - the turquoise one). Their people were were consistently friendly and helpful, the quality of work was excellent and it was was fitted and delivered on time. I couldn't ask for better service and will definately use them again.

Aftersales heavily lacking. The previous owners of our house had windows installed by this firm (incredibly expensive windows may I add, the invoice was as much as it cost us for 2 bays (10 windows) of highly spec'd glass from a local firm recently. One of the windows has spontaneously shattered (failed) I was ringing to see what could be done, we had a guarantee passed on from the previous owner so was hoping this would be of use but I was quickly told firstly the guarantee wouldn't cover repairs (This is the first time I’ve spoke to the firm, they hadn't seen pictures of the window or inspected it) so not a good start and very quick to say they wouldn’t do the work under guarantee despite not knowing what has gone on. Abit further on they decided to put it beyond doubt and say the guarentee is non transferable so its useless anyway! I was then asked to send pictures to which I was told that the window had been smashed and it hadn’t actually failed! I'd already been made aware that the unit has spontaneously shattered from a FENSA inspector (highly qualified) individual, so you think this firm would want to rectify this asap even if it means going 50 / 50 etc... I stated that I have two young children so it's a priority to have this fixed so to send someone out and resent the email twice, only to receive no response. I always judge companies on the aftersales and in this case it was lacking. I’m now left with a shattered window to sort out as the original manufacturer / installer don’t want anything to do with it.
