Very poor service. Never pick up call. It seems always busy even when we connect ;they use to tell us we don't have left any appointment for today. Ring us back tomorrow morning. My friends never faced this problem with other surgery. It seems they don't want to take patient and giving to someone else. If there will be negative points I would like to give them because they don't deserve for zero too

The lack of professionalism and overall care for the patients is unreal (which you'd think otherwise, considering this to be a "health care centre"). Reasurrance of patients should be prioritised however they seem to make a joke of (especially anxious) patients. Instead of trying to be England's next comedians, they should strife for accurate medical diagnosis instead. I mean come on. You're "qualified" doctors. Act like it.

SHOCKING DREADFUL TERRIBLE Not able to do the basic of all tasks at all very well in the first place which is not very good I dont know how this space is able to offer medical services The clinical and the non clinical staff are clearly not very well trained and the standard of care is absolutely shocking I cannot recommend that you avoid this place strongly enough

I am having covid . today,I had saviour stomach pain n noisa so I called 111 they suggested me to call your GP but when I called to my GP they mentioned they have no appointment for today .ring us back tomorrow morning or else call 111 again after 6.30 .I requested to give me telephoney appointment and they put me on hold in actual they didn't ad I heard all conversation with doctor .they refused me to give telephoney appointment by saying we don't have slots available for today .they had time to talk over the phone but had no time to talk with patients.what is the point of opening surgery till 6.30 if they are not ready to give any appointments.it didn't happen first time it happened many times and sometimes I had to sit in emergency for 3 or 4 hours for my illness.very poor service ,I have ever seen.will suggest not to register with this gp
