I posted a while ago not been very pleased with the service But I’m pleased to say it’s been sorted out And serving staff and delivery staff have been nothing but bril So I’m staying with them We all make mistakes and it’s great when people do there upmost to put things right Thank you

Dr h dewirst his the best doctor she very kind and listen to you its a great surgery I never have any trouble with the surgery

Never had a problem gettimg througjh by phone and easy to make appointments online. Helpful staff too

Not a very good service, staff not very helpful and too many different doctors, the surgery seems to make a lot of careless mistakes.

Don't lecture patients on the phone about being abusive when your own reception staff are exceptionally rude. My daughter rung the surgery this morning was nothing but polite yet the receptionist talked to her very rudely asked for the name of daughters medication then said to her was she making it up or did she have it in front of her. The cheek of it I was ready to get in the car and go up myself no wonder people are rude to them.

Very rude and disrespectful staff even accused me for being abusive just because I asked to provide me with the mask that they asked me to put on and because I asked to make a complain. There surgery manager even sent me official letter telling to find another surgery and don’t bother them. If needed I have it to prove. Sent me message to make an appointment with doctor due blood test results but reception refused to make one. Void if you can !!!!! I take all responsibility for every word I written!

8th November 2021 They dont even deserve 1 star me and my partner went in to have 1 signature and a stamp on a holiday cancellation form from the doctor as proof she had a bad injury and is now under regular physio they had the Gaul to say it would be £30 £30 what the ??? .............maybe it is to help the migrants to get the care we have both paid into for 30 years does any body else Know were this £30 goes ?? we feel poorly just thinking of going to this surgery thats after getting ill just trying to get them to answer the phone DISGUSTING

Reception staff can be verry lazy when helping patients and they're often verry rude. Every time I try to ring I don't get through until well over an hour of trying, it's a nightmare
