I was initially frustrated because I couldn't find the new telephone number and hadn't realised the Grange practice had become Hollyns. However, my treatment from both the (I think) advanced nurse and the receptionist at Allerton was fab. I didn't really like the self registration as there was no one waiting - no personal touch - but guess it would be useful when there's a few people in the queue.

had to go down today as they have changed their number but not on the internet & not informed any of it’s users. I told the receptionist only to be told I’m lying? Their new number is 880650 for anyone who can’t find it or get out of the house. Also got told by the receptionist they have no complaints forms & you must hand them in in person in writing. And they wonder why they have 1 star

The current doctors and other medical staff are easy to get on with and do a good job. The office staff are .polite and as helpful as they can be given the chronic lack of appointments. The fact that there are obviously too many patients for the practice isn,t the fault of the ladies that answer the phone. The full sign should have gone up at this practice ages ago, If the government want to let loads of people into the country more practices need providing, you can,t just cram everybody in to what is already here and hope for the best. The grange practice is doing alright, all considered.

Absolutely shocking surgery. How they can class themselves as such is a mystery. If you want an appointment, unless you class it as an 'emergency' and you ring them in the morning (approximately 32 times before you get through) then you have no chance. If you're ill with something like tonsillitis and need a prescription, you will be offered an appointment within the next 3 weeks (if you haven't died from sepsis). Most of the receptionists are rude and from the moment they bark oops I mean answer the phone, sound as if they would rather be anywhere in the world than behind that desk. Doctors are only good when they have worked there a short time, until they are moulded into robots like the rest of them and will only fob you off. Dr Temperley is the worst - avoid at all costs!

multiple times I've rang I've been told i'll receive a call from the GP within 3 days and 2 weeks later i still haven't received a call. Not only that the receptionist asked why i rang if i can't give them all my time after i asked for a specific date and time of the expected call since I'm in uni classes frequently.

These doctors are a joke 56 min on the phone waiting for them to pick and answer. Was 12 in the queue. Waited nearly 2 hours to press a button for them to send a prescription electronically to the the chemist. 56mins on the phone for them to tell me it as gone down .I ask the parctcie nurse if I could have it print out while I was there and she said I can not because she could not print it out because of covd rules. So it as just taken her hour half to press the button to send it .if I could have reviewed this doctors by given them no stars i would have done i was the only one in the doctors surgery so she was not rush off her feet but still took her hour and half to send the prescription then to top it off the chemist did not have them in till tomorrow morning. What a joke don't wander poeple do not go to doctors. You get stressed before you see them .

Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. They treat patients like something they'd just stepped in. I'd have better luck treating myself or asking my cat. That's just how much of a joke they are

This doctors have gone down the pan since doctor withers left. You phone up in the morning you wait in a queue for 20 to 30mins. Then to be told there is no appointment left .the receptionist say to you phone up in the morning. This is a joke .and getting in to see a doctor is a joke and even to speak to them is a joke if you get one you get to speak to a practitioner nurse not the doctors they then prescribed you something . Which then take doctors three days to sign thats a joke on it own .what is wrong with these people doctors are here to help you not keep you in pain for not signing your prescription.
