Very rude receptionist at this surgery. Especially one of them how I unfortunately tend to get connected to (the Asian lady). Haven’t had problems with the others in terms of attitude. But getting an appointment here is difficult. After waiting on hold for 20 mins once it connects she cut me off. Then waited another 40 mins to be told we have no appointments left. I explained I was cut off so had to ring back and wait another 40 mins. She told me she can not do anything for me although she recognised my number from the first time I called. Would not recommend joining these guys. This is not the first time I have had issues with the Asian receptionist very rude and always in a mood. If she can not be bothered then she should find another job where she does not have to directly deal with customers.

By far the worst surgery ever. I have been on hold for 1.5 hours and dropped from 14th caller to 7th caller. Fingers crossed will get through before they close. Very inefficient staff but then again I guess it will be blamed on the telephone lines that have been playing up for the last 12 months!!!!!
