One of the worst surgery's I've ever stepped foot in. I'm going to change doctors as soon as the pandemic is done with. Phoned the surgery today to try get an appointment with a doctor but the receptionist wanted more info (which was embarrassing to say as I'm a male and it's an issue I didn't not want to discuss with a female receptionist!). I refused and said I'd rather speak with a doctor, the inevitable happens...she refused to help. Amazing to see what my tax and national insurance pays for. Absolutely disgusting and they should all be ashamed of themselves. My problem is now! Not 5 days or 2 days later when you see it fit to speak with the doctor and they find the time to ring me? Feel sorry for the patients that genuinely need a doctor and the surgery fobs them off.

Stay away at all costs. No professionalism. Patient care is disgusting! Leaving this practise was the best thing I did. Would have given it 0 stars if possible.

I am a cancer patient, changed my adress last month. Not done their job. Still my old adress in my oncology department at Bradford Royal. Just found out at the hospital. Call them back. 1 lady at the reception told me " it's your responsibility to know how you change your adress. It's common sense". Another woman after calling me 7 times: " I cannot find your new post code in the system. Is it a new building? - No! How can I help you? - Bare with me? I cannot find it. - Shall I come tomorrow at the centre with my contract? - oh Eugenia! You shout again! I will write a letter that you are shouting in order to take you out from the patients list. The most hostile, insufficient and unproffesional patient care! I will write a complain letter to my oncologist tomorrow and leaving this medical centre.

I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Firstly they don’t have enough doctors which can give proper advice or listen. I had a horrible experience on my last appionment where doctor is more concerned what they know, rather than focusing on my condition and saying stuff “you are just stressed”. This is unacceptable and there is no doctor and patient relation in this Gp.I highly recommend to avoid this Gp and stop yourself from wasting your important time.
