Debenhams oxford

We met up as a family and had an all day breakfast it was excellent food. The service could have been a little quicker around the till area and getting drinks. So long that main food was getting cold. Other wise pretty good, suggest more staff at busy times.

Always love Debenhams clothes and perfume. Staff are very helpful...I was trying on a coat and wanted an honest opinion as I was unsure. I was given honest advice that the staff member helped me find something that suited me. Personal service was very much appreciated as you don't get the care and attention. Well done Debenhams.

Had to visit knowing that the company was in liquidation, I found a lovely suit. Unlike my new suit, the staff were abhorrent. Snarky and disinterested regardless of the fact that we were the only customers on the floor. If you know what you are looking for and happy to serve yourself and know your measurements then get yourself there. If you need assistance I'd try John Lewis.

Department store above other shops next to Martyrs' Memorial and the Randolph Hotel as featured in Morse. Nice café to rest in. Toilets but no restrooms. Debenham's probably the best department store in the country - Oxford, Oldham, Manchester. Get buying!

We went to look at good quality glasses and found exactly what we were looking for. John Rocha! AND, they were half price. Very pleased!

I am so sorry to see favourite shopping place so desolate, especially considered about the eating area on the 3rd floor, it was our only place for hot afternoon lunch, fish n chips most of all. My granddaughter who's u plus has been grown-up cherishing these lovely afternoon family lunches every weekend. Hope to see DEBENHAMS restored to to its previous position.

Staff member who helped me was an absolute delight, shame I didn't ask her name.. but short hair, aged maybe late 50s, early 60s, lovely smile. Thank you 😊 💓
