Poor customer service. Waited in for 6 new glass units to be fitted which was scheduled between 12-1. No show. I rang Tong Glass at half 1 only to be told that they couldn't get the glass and that they had tried to ring me between12-1 (the time they should have arrived to fit the glass + I had no missed calls) Feel very let down and lied to. Will be using a more reliable company as a result.
