Rude receptionist. I spoke with 111, they advised me to ring my GP and I should get given antibiotics, and that the 111 calls would provide a record of what was discussed. The first booking time was 1 whole week just for a phone call from a GP, I mentioned to the receptionist that I spoke to 111 and her rude response was "well why didn't they book you in them, ring them back and book with them" totally unprofessional.

I'm on levothyroxine for a thyroid condition, but no matter how many times I ask for medication on a 3 month basis, they flatly refuse. The MHRA recommend 3 months for patient convenience and even though my dosage is constant, they still refuse to move from the monthly prescription. They clearly don't care for their patients as they should! They clearly know more than the MHRA and the recommendations for the drug. Time to move practice from these obnoxious and inconsiderate bunch of pirates!

Highly uncompassionate receptionist. No regard or sympathy towards patients who are seeking to get an appointment. Tried to get an appointment for my 18 month old toddler and they said the next available is after 10 days. They think if they keep repeating the same sentence over and over it somehow convinces the caller. Absolutely ridiculous.
