Worst GP experience we ever had. Being a practitioner myself.. surprised by their services. Nil knowledge, unprofessional and impatient.

Absolutely uncaring, no empathy whatsoever.

Rubbish doctors very unprofessional and do not care about there patients new thing they apparently were told to tell patients is Hey are no longer aloud to check blood pressures for patients how ridiculous can these doctors get!! No care for patients at all seems like they only care for saving money than actually hearing out there patients and there needs i will never recomend them to anyone far more better doctors out there in coventry! U can see why they hardly have any patients there anymore from the times i have been its always been very quiet !!

Ridiculous rang so many times to make an appointment from 8.15 everytime i have the receptionists never pick up when u finally do get through after calling nonstop several times they say appointments are all booked up within minutes honestly not happy with the service lately whats the point in having us call in 8.15 no one ever picks up and the appointments all go so quickly this is just not fair ....

I find Dr sani a great doctor.

Dr Hassan is very nice Doctor same for Dr Sani other reviews are nonsense

Cannot believe what i am reading in the other reviews!!! Both Dr Sani and Dr Hassan i have found to be amazingly empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable. I was bitten whilst abroad and had to have rabies injections. Dr Sani unlike the A&E department at UCHW (who sent me away with "keep an eye on it" ) and the walk in centre ( who sent me to A&E ) knew exactly what to do and was straight on the case. Similarly this year, if it hadnt been for the fast reponse of Dr Hassan getting me an appointment immediatley at UHCW, who knows what the outcome could have been as I was diagnosed with cancer and am half way through treatment. Both Doctors have been nothing but supportive, professional and caring throughout so a well deserved 5 out of 5 from me !!
