Very rude staff and make seem to think they are better than all the patients. Really bad place to go if you are I’ll. they really are horrible staff

Its very hard to get appointment, they keep changing the appointment booking system etc

I posted a review some time ago, but after being with the surgery for well over 12yrs, I am still fully satisfied with the service I receive. I rang today for an appointment and was given with no issues. I have always never had a problem getting an appointment and staff are always polite. The only thing I would like is a female doctor but other that perfect.

Really bad choice - at first they lied to me telling me it will be weeks for an appointment then when I was seen by that foreign doctor that only him works there lol 1 doctor in a surgery in a city, laughable don't you think? Anyway that doctor treats you like crap, I got ordered to go there by my old doctor which was really nice compared this numpty at bell green surgery oh and he spoke over me all the time.... Damn RUDE is you ask me!!!

Admittedly I have only just changed to this practice after 20 years with my previous, and can only say they have been amazing, hopefully I will get to meet the doctors in person in the future and thank them in person for their prompt response and service, also to the receptionists who have also been more than helpful

Extremely rude and incompetent receptionists. All of the receptionists talk down to their patients to belittle them, and they frequently lie to patients and doctors about appointments. I was told by one of the women working at the reception to wait ten minutes to see Doctor Princewill and that he would ask them over the phone for me to come in, and that they would then tell me to enter his office. Fifteen minutes went by until Princewill asked her why I had not entered his office, to which they lied to him by saying that she did tell me to go in, and that I had just sat there doing nothing. That woman didn't say a thing to me during my wait. Doctor Princewill himself is very rude. Doctor Bogalanda has been there for a while and I have always found him humourous, friendly and helpful if you tell him you need something.

Poor service, tried making an appointment few days in advanced just to be told i need to call on the day at 8 , after 41 attempts finally got through to only be told there's phone appointment only. I cannot understand how they be so unorganised to not be able to plan ahead when it only comes to phone appointments. It's putting me off using the GP services and really makes me consider changing.

Doctors are brillant and go belong to help, most reception stuff are also as good, the female doctor is vile and needs to crack a smile, shes very disrespectful even with children.. all she ever says is go a&e and doesnt give any medication Shes a massive let down to the whole team. Prescription lady is amazing always happy to help, she is always willing to go that extra mile to help us as family.
