Exceptionally brilliant practice I've ever seen. Dr. Husain (hope I typed her name right) and Dr. Reynolds are very nice ladies. They are so helpful that totally exceeded my expectation. Also the reception staffs are so lovely and supporting me. I want to say thank you to all of you!

Worst practice I have ever been registered to. Receptionists: Passive aggressive behaviour telling me off for not picking the phone when I was not available to talk. I was not even given an approximate time when they would contact me. I am not sure how these people can sleep at night, acting like frustrated people with 0 empathy. Doctors/nurses: They won't let me finish my sentence and would stop me midway telling me what the diagnostic is. Some of them have not heard of basic NICE guidelines when it comes to diagnostic procedures. Would not recommend, I am glad I have moved my GP.

The receptionist that I spoke to was rude and made unnecessary and nasty comments after I answered HER question... it's shocking how people like this are allowed to work in healthcare. I understand that they might be busy or have something going on in their personal lives but that does not mean they should take it out on the patients.

Abysmal, curt or passive aggressive receptionists. They always sound irked when you ask follow up questions and make you feel like your reason for speaking to a doctor is trivial. Everytime I speak to a GP I make progress on what specialist to see and what the next step is. Receptionists are too opinionated on matters that is beyond their job description. I am not shocked many patients experience this.

Opening time on Thursday morning - 7.30am, I’m calling at 7.45am and it says that surgery is closed. Very rude receptionist, doesn’t apologise after 40min wait, directly goes into delicate details and doesn’t even say ‘goodbye’ just hangs up the phone. (Never had complaints about professionals who works there) I’m sure all these complaints are about the same receptionist and someone should take this in count and sort this situation out, there are people who shouldn’t work with with public.
