I've reviewed before when I first joined the practice and I'll do it again to make a point. Doctors here are hypocrites, carefree and happy to leave patients with urgent needs hanging around. I have two family members who are dependent on morphine based medicine and when the doctor or indeed the staff mess up, they make you wait hours to rectify it, leaving the patients detoxifying and desperate for medication. A year here is a year too much. Telephone manner is rude, that didn't change after the last complaint however reception staff did improve. If you want to be a doctor then surely having some care must be important. Maybe not though.

Extrmely rude and brash behaviour with no consideration for patient health and well-being. Service has been consistently poor for many years and I don't expect it to get any better in the future.

During a phone appoitment Dr Allen purposely hung up the phone on me before I finished discussing my chronic health issuies. I was very polite and there was no argument. I am sure it was not an accident and wouldn't be suprised he is doing it to others. From reading just the reviews I can see I was not the only one but I don't even need to. I am disgusted. I am absolutely shocked at the lack of patient respect to get to the point where a doctor decides to hang up on patients when he feels like he wants to manage his time. Even though I was speaking to him for 4 minutes and I try to take up the least time possible. If this is acceptable behavior to hang up the phone on a patient in need then health care standards are hopeless. Not to mention being treated like a nuisance and having my concerns not addressed. I guess I can't get treatment untill it is too late and I need emergency surgery for my health condition.

This is especially for Dr Allen. Not sure how one can be so insensitive to patient sufferings. Conversation is like this Patient's father: My son is having trouble taking breath Dr: Nothing can be done, it has to get better on its own Patient's father: My son is not able to sleep for last 2 days Dr: Nothing can be done, it has to get better on its own Patient's father: Is there any way we can help to reduce his suffering Dr: Nothing can be done, it has to get better on its own Patient's father: One more question Dr: Line disconnected. Haven't seen more rude than this

Where do I start? don't know where the STAR receptionist work its definitely not at this surgery. They want to know what you want to see the doctor for I say its personal but they still insist you tell them. They don't like it when your rude back to them .Doctor ALAN put the phone down on me. Doctor RAI says its all In your head . Don't know how they became Doctors. I went with pains in both knees i was told its my age ( I was 47 at the time ) so changed Doctors surgery works out it was osteoarthritis in both knees .needed full knee replacement surgery.I asked to speak to the manager4 months ago, I'm still waiting for her call.I've had to give 1 STAR because I wouldn't be able to post this but really it's NO STARS .

The worst reception staffs you can ever see… So rude and unprofessional.. They warn us not to be rude to their staffs in beginning of the call when ring surgery, but it is actually their reception staffs are so rude and really hate to contact surgery unless it’s unavoidable..
