Spend half an hour waiting on the phone for an appointment, apparently they're closed at 11.30 on a

Spend half an hour waiting on the phone for an appointment, apparently they're closed at 11.30 on a Wednesday despite the "sorry were closed" message disputing that saying they're open til 6... Impossible to get a call through in the day so I wasn't able to cancel so I guess I count as no show. Get more people on the phones!
