Emerald Home Improvements derby

Windows and doors look great. The 2 lads who installed them were excellent, tidy and very polite. There the good experience ended. The day after they finished one window would not open. The week after another window would not open. I reported this to them and the best they could do was to send someone to fix them FOUR weeks later. They arrived and had no mechanisms on the van to repair the windows. I called again to find out what they were going to do. So they said they would order the correct mechanisms and come to repair them in another THREE weeks time. That was up today 7th December and they duly arrived as promised. WITH NO MECHANISMS ON THE VAN to fix the windows. I called again and they told me ‘someone’ will call me back. I’m not holding my breath. If you want nice windows and are prepared to experience the worst possible after sales service we have EVER encountered, then look no further. Better still look elsewhere.

I have had new windows fitted to my Bungalow. I am absolutely over the moon with them. Ryan and Reece have been with me for 2 days, I found them to be excellent, they arrived punctually on time both days. There workmanship is excellent, they were very polite, friendly, left no mess, I could not fault them. Nothing was too much trouble. They are both an asset to the Company.

Just had all my windows replaced by Emerald and now it's all done you wouldn't know apart from sparkly new windows. All neat and tidy. Reece and Ryan the fitters were excellent. So polite, helpful and fun to be around. Took a bit of time to get the windows in due to weather (torrential rain and snow) and van breakdowns but they kept in touch and left the house weatherproof at all times. Shame the same can't be said about the office hence me knocking off a star. I had to call them to see when my installation would be finished.

Thank you so much for the wonderful conservatory roof installed by Phil and Marcus who were a pleasure to have around. Got on with the work in hand and were always polite and very tidy. A Very Happy New Year to you All and once again Thank You

Great service and great windows from Emerald Home Improvements. Seven windows in total fitted over two days. I'd highly recommend Emerald for works. Note also when we get round to the dream extension we will defiantly be using them again. But for my partner and I, Dan & Gaz the fitters made the experience. True gents throughout the fitting of our new windows, they work together great as a team and it was an absolute pleasure to have them working in our home. Cleaned up behind themselves, were extremely polite and kept us informed the entire time of what works were being done next. They both taken into consideration our 18 month old baby and his nap times, his window was fitted around him and when he wasn't napping - THANK YOU. Once again gents great job :) You do Emerald Home Improvements proud! Take care both and stay safe.
