Vibrant Doors derby

We spent a great deal of time researching online for our renovation project before coming across Vibrant Doors. After seeing they had a showroom, we decided to visit to discuss our project. We were replacing all our internal doors as well as adding an external French door to the back of the house, so we were keen to see the products prior to purchasing. From the moment we arrived, the sales team were eager to fully understand our vision to ensure that we were happy with the decisions we were making. Upon their recommendation, we ended up placing our order for an external bi-fold door as opposed to French doors as it better suited our requirements. The Project is completed and we couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service!

I'm not usually one to write reviews online, but I have to commend Vibrant Doors on their efficient delivery, polite customer service and great quality doors. We have had our folding door system in for just over a month now, and I am so pleased with the quality and value for money that we managed to find in Vibrant Doors. I was particularly impressed with how the sales team were more than willing to speak directly with my joiner to offer installation advice. This company is a breath of fresh air that are willing to go above and beyond - I would not hesitate to recommend! :)

Ordered 8 internal doors from Vibrant Doors, after another company had let me down badly. The order was dealt with efficiently and the doors were delivered exactly as arranged. Even got a delivery window from the driver a few days before. Why can't all companies do this! Very pleased with the doors, which are good quality. Excellent service.

Not good, ordered a door for collection, they hadn't updated their stock system so it couldn't be fulfilled for 6 weeks so cancelled and refunded the order.....which is fine these things happen but they didn't actually process the refund. I then called up a few days after (as refunds take 48 hours with my bank) just to get confirmation the refund had been processed 'yes it had' they said. Of course it hadn't and only after a 3rd call did they admit it actually hadn't been processed 9 days on, seriously inept hence the 1 star review, avoid!!

Do not waste your money or time !!! Poor quality, poor service, poor communication not worth the 1 star. These guys are crooks !!!!!

They offer showroom viewings on Saturday by appointment but they ignore your booking request. If you call to book they say they will call back when they have checked someone is available, but they don't. And when you call again to find out whats going on they tell you they aren't currently doing Saturday viewings. Why not tell me that in the first place? This has happened twice now. Not really presenting themselves in the best light. Probably a reflection of the quality of their products. Avoid
