Would leave Zero star if i could, currently in the process of moving surgery’s. Always mess you around, say your going to be called by clinical staff but never happens they just say it to get you off the phone. Some of the receptionists are hard work to speak to just in general takes them about 10 minutes to understand what you’re trying to tell them, you’re lucky if you get to speak to one of the ones that have common sense. The clinical staff don’t seem to care a great deal either baring the nurse Linda who is lovely everyone else just acts like its a burden you being there or calling up! Don’t waste your time.

Appalling can't get an appointment even over the telephone the gustapo who answers the phone wants to know what the problem is, so she can be directed to the right person ??? Thought that was obvious, then they say there is no appointments for today no wonder the NHS is on its arse, since covid they cant be bothered to work and most of the appointments are done via telephone absolute sham of a service

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever had to use, receptionists are rude and incompetent. Left my mum (an ex cancer patient) waiting 3 weeks for a doctors appointment about another lump she had found after getting the all clear and in remission. The cancer had returned and was able to grow in that 3 weeks.
