The back wheel on my bike was wobbling and making a noise. The lad in the bike department said, "There was nothing wrong with it." He turn my bike upside down breaking the horn. He tightened a nut which meant the wheel could not be spun by your hand. He wasn't even sure which end of a spanner to use. It was embarrassing. I was told it was fixed. I asked for help to get it back to the car. He tilted my bike in the air. Dragging the back mud guard along the ground. I asked him to help lift it in to the car. He left me with the weight of my bike. Saying "He didn't realise how heavy it was" The back wheel was that tight that it would hardly turn but it still wobbled as well as making a noise. In the end I took it to the local bike shop. He grabbed the back wheel and wobbled it. Telling me straight away the bearings had gone. Only as the wheel was wobbling it had also bent the disc brake. Even more costs. I have used other go outdoors and got a good service. I would not use this one again. Or recommend it to anyone.

Great shop and very handy. Would be good if they had a department more specific for tourers IE awnings etc. Also do extra discounts for military personnel/veterans.

Really hard to try jackets on when the security band is all the way down the sleeve and outside the jacket. Left without buying as really not impressed with the whole experience in store.

Terrible customer service, nobody seems to know what they're doing. Expensive even with the £5 discount card. Go to Winfields or shop online!

Good place to buy outdoor wear. Plenty of choices, good quality brands and special offers. Excellent parking.

Great stock. Lots of offers. Spacious, clean. New fishing area was v good. Son purchased a rod bag..i got some flapjack for a trail race . All good

Didn't have what I was after in stock but with the help of a staff member and some trial and error we managed to sort an alternative 👍

Bargains to be had if you look around. Good stock selection.
