Sorry didn’t want to give negative feedback but just wanted to share our experience with the Docto

Sorry didn’t want to give negative feedback but just wanted to share our experience with the Doctor in this surgery who is Dr J parmar ( the name was in the door).we had and appointment with a doctor in this Surgery today due to my 9 weeks son’s medical reasons. This doctor actually only checked my son’s temperature using his thermometer and then he has only checked my son’s throat. But he pretended like he diagnosed everything by just doing them two checks. It was quite surprising that he didn’t even use his theta scope but he said my son’s pulse & breathing is ok.He also said my son looks perfectly alright, which is not unfortunately as we decided to book this appointment after realising he is really struggling. The doctor wasn’t ready to listen to any of our concerns or any signs we have noticed. But when we tried to explain him Our concerns which we have noticed for more than 3 days and we were worried it can get worst. But he wasn’t in a situation to listen to any of our concerns and all he was talking about his medical experiences and how many patients he looks after throughout the years and bla bla bla which we don’t even want to know about. We only wanted to get the treatment for specific illnesses what my son have but not in the way like someone is assuming that my son also can also have the same illness and like someone else. Even if so as a patient we are expecting that doctor should have explained us the possible reason. But he did nothing and what he was doing all this time is explaining his medical experience and service history. My problem with this medical assist was, he might be very confident with his treatment or whatever the illnesses he diagnosed about ,but he made us to leave that room very unconfidently. As it seems to us he has already decided what he is treating for before the examination .It was very unprofessional. Anyway the pharmacist who actually handed us the prescribed medication looked more knowledgable, and professional than the doctor as the pharmacist explained the medication and what is this treatment for.The pharmacist also gave us good suggestions. Finally we had a faith on those medications and treatment because we have luckily met that pharmacist.otherwise we would have left very unconfidently without a better treatment.
