Worst surgery! Not even worth 1 star! When I enter this old building I just wanna get out as quick as possible. The inside always smells so bad and everything is dirty and smelly! The staff is extremely rude !!! They say it’s full at 8:01 and they never answer the phone ! This worst surgery should be closed ages ago !

Extremely rude staff! Old, dirty and smelly surgery!!! They never answer the phone whenever I call even if they sit next to it. I think that if they don’t enjoy their work then other more kind people would come and work for them. It’s the time to change the surgery as soon as possible because museum looks much better than this ugly HOVEL !!!

Very poor service. Never answer the call doesn’t matter the time of your call. They believe that if you call after 10am they will answer quickly but that’s not the case.

I hardly ever get appointments in this surgery. No matter how how serious your condition is they will just tell you to go to the hub in oadby which is so far from where I live

Giving this surgery a 1 star and they dont deserve that. After waiting ages to get through, to eventually be greeted by an ignorant receptionist and told no appts. When you do get to see a doctor it seems they just want to get you out as quick as possible & put your problem down to your life style...how do you know my life style Dont bother with this surgery

I've called them 8:00 am sharp, no connection. They are soooooo busy. There is no point of going there personally, as nobody will help you. I've asked for my documentation, they are checking this for me for over a year. Does anybody care anymore?

I am very sorry to say this surgery does not need any stars, but as it is google I can not post this review unless I give it a single star - which they do not deserve. As it is so good that you never get any appointments, even when you try their on line system, you get told to book in 3 weeks advance. How is one going to know if they will fall in 3 weeks......? When you ring at 8:00am sharp, all the appointments are gone even before taking to the operator, that 's how good the service is. You go their personally and they say you need to ring at 8:00am sharp, when asked that no one answers the phone, they say the phone lines are busy we are sorry, either call at 8:00am or call 101, 111 or go to a walk in centre. What is the point of being registered with this medical facility when one never gets to meet their appointed G.P. If you know best and you want to get seen by a G.P better not even register here - AVOID This Surgery at all cost.

Oh my word how can this be allowed, tax payers money paying for a service that isn't available. This is my elderly mum's surgery so I have the very frustrating task of trying to speak with them for very important medical reviews that she needs before any further medication is issued to her. Obviously all of these very negative reviews make no difference as none of them have received a reply, extremely rude!!!!

Like many others have written, there is often a 3 week wait for an appointment. In cases where you need more urgent response the staff always say call them on the phone at 8 am. In my experience, the is a high chance of not even getting connected. When you do eventually speak to a receptionist you are told that no more doctor call backs are available that day! I have found that the doctors at this surgery do not have sufficient time for their patients. For example when they get a letter from a consultant they don't even bother reading it and take necessary actions. I find the attitude of the staff is abrasive and i don't recommend this surgery to anyone.

You could be dying and you would still not get an appt at this surgery. Useless and waste of tax payers money.. they ask you to call at 8am when you do, they say call back as they don't have any appts and are busy.. bull ****, they just sit there .. close this place down or get genuine doctors and staff that actually have care for their patients and not just there for the.money
