Dr S R Choudhary – Highfield Surgery leicester

The mail doctor is the worst I have ever seen. Drinks tea in his room keeping the patients waiting for more than 1/2 an hour . Does not check patients proeprly. The lady doctor is better but works 1/2 a day only . So very difficult to get appointment with her.

Amazing service and getting a appointment no problem. The doctors & the receptionist are very friendly & they always get back to you regarding any questions.

Doctors and patients are incredibly racist. You walk in as a white person and get disgusted looks, and attitudes. Staff won't act like you exist. Walk in, spend an hour waiting to be told you'll wait longer. Doctors have no idea how to practice. Can't possibly have qualifications and are blatantly swindling NHS. Driving 100k cars, but don't know what's wrong with patients, don't know what medication to give and literally Google symptoms. Disgusting, overweight unhealthy workers who have no right being a doctor. Better suited to working in their local sainsburys. Theyre only in it for the money and need to lose their license and income.

Very rude staff. Impossible to make an appointment. Just rubbish no other word for them

Bad customer service

This surgery honestly should not even receive a one. I called them to book a appointment and a women responded to call at 2pm She was also rude when I said can i ask you a question. There customer service is poor They don’t know how to treat people And they don’t care about what pain people have been going through. Overall your better of finding a surgery app which has good review unlike these people who have a one star rating They also lack the skills of treating people with respect. Calling them self doctor first learn how to talk to people properly

Moved from London and wanted to join Highfield surgery because it’s near my new house. They made me wait outside the door nearly 30 minutes in cold day. I don’t know either they still opened the door or not….. very slow and bad service. Never again….

Unprofessional disorganised staff, poorly maintained facilities, dirty waiting room kept at an excessive temperature, a breeding ground for germs. Completely impossible to get an appointment, receptionists completely apathetic and unhelpful. Awful experience overall, especially for the desperate and vulnerable who have no other option but to be assigned here.

I rang them on Friday, my baby who is 8 months old was suffering from breathing, had high temperature and blocked nose! Doctor Mann Singh who doesn't know his job or I wonder how much did he pay for his degree because he gave my daughter nose drops when she's got a chest infection!! I am gonna write a full complaint to high authority. The surgery doesn't like giving appointments when they do they give so attitude like you get pay from our taxes and your being rude to us. I recommend everyone please support me and get this surgery closed or change in management as they doctor and receptionist people don't know there job. They delete my message and blocked me as well. Wow trying to hide their wrongs!!

one star is too much , as a matter of fact in this surgery works a family doctors : she is absolutely exceptional but she is not there !!!!!!!!!! i didnt see or spoke with her in ages , HE IS A COMPLETELY A DISASTER !!!!!!!!!!!!! He is not a doctor he is nothing , he knows nothing , a paramedic is 1000000000000000 times more qualified than he is ! THe NHS should cancel his licence
