Having phoned NHS 111 on a Saturday, for help and advice for my wife's chest infection, I was directed to FPH with an appointment within the hour. I expected a packed waiting room, and a long wait.didnt happen! We were seen by lady doctor Ms Ford within 10 minutes. Suffice to say, she carried out a thorough examination and chat, and we went away reassured. Lovely old school GP! No hesitation in going there again, if need be,

My mother was treated in here, wonderful staff, discreet, very professional but most of all very kind. Unfortunately mum was on the end of life ward and she lost her life here but I can honestly say mum couldn't have received better treatment..Thank you to all the staff from the bottom of my heart..
