Great hospital with very friendly and helpful staff. The nurses and doctors are excellent. The hospital is clean and tidy. I have used the Xray department and was seen to very quickly. I have also used the Physiotherapy department and they have been great and have helped me tremendously. You hope you never have to use the services but it's good to know if you do I have found the hospital to be excellent.

My boyfriend was referred for an xray here and we went straight to the hospital from the doctors surgery. At midday on a Thursday in the summer holidays without an exact time for an appointment, we expected to be there a good few hours, this wasn't the case at all. The staff were amazing and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing staff and amazing service. Thank you

This is not a review of the wards etc., but is about the absolutely appalling disabled access ramps on the externals. these are the most dangerous unfit for purpose ramps I have ever come across within the NHS. I nearly tipped my manual chair twice and had to get help three times. I am a national construction manager for a large company. the ramps are too steep, not wide enough to turn of, with steps and tips to high. the majority to do conform to building regs. I will never be coming back

Really good hospital, that looks after its patients well which is what you want. Carers can get a coffee while waiting. It is always clean or is being cleaned. There is usually fruit and veg stall outside the main entrance, which looks fresh and not very priced. Buses seem to run regularly with the bus dropping you off at the main entrance. Car park is just across the road from the hospital.

The staff here were amazing. Specially in the ICU. They really were kind and helpful to me in my recovery. I should of stayed here really. I would wish I've listened to my sister to stay here. Only knocked off one star just because one of the doctors sent me back to the awful Birmingham City hospital. Where I came from originally when my covid got worse. Only went there in first place because Heartlands and Queen Anne was full. That hospital didn't have equipment to save my life. One the worst hospitals I've ever been in West Midlands. Not where I wanted to go back to. Wanted to go back Heartlands or Queen Anne's hospital when going back to Birmingham. Other than that, this was one the best hospitals I've been too. Food was great too and very peaceful. Special thanks to physicals therapists there. They were so brilliant to me.

They saved my life. Unbeknown to me I was having a heart attack. The ambulance service worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose my condition and communicate it to the hospital. They took me there where the staff were awaiting my arrival. The procedure was done and I was back in a ward before my wife, who left just after the ambulance, arrived to see me. Efficient doesn't begin to describe them. Many thanks.

I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in the 1st lockdown so had to attend all the appointments on my own. This was extremely daunting but the staff were absolutely brilliant. From reception to the cleaners, all were very friendly and put me at ease. I'm now cancer free. 😁

All staff that spoke to and had assistance from are very polite and helpful. Ward staff are typically NHS.....Superb! Food is lovely. It's just a shame I am in here for medical reasons. Please always value our NHS staff and the Angles that work within it.
