Just had these guys deliver and erect my shed. So pleased with the result. Excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company.

Order taken for shed (8x6) with it being personalised to my requirements, wider door, more windows. Delivery took place when promised although a phone call to update would of been good although I'm very happy with delivery date. Only took just under a hour to build it and level the base too. Would recommend giving them a call

Visited Heritage to look at workmanship with a view to ordering new shed. Very impressed with the build quality, solid frame members. Install team were very pleasant and efficient and constructed the shed within an hour. Very pleased with the result, shed really finishes off our new garden.

I have no idea how good Heritage sheds are because I did not get that far through the process of buying one. When I began liaising with the sales representative (you will encounter her, there is only one) and described what we wanted, everything was going well. They even agreed to a custom fitting on our shed at a good price, marvelous. Everything went down hill when we started to discuss painting the shed. 'If we buy the paint and paint it for you it will be £180' she said. Ok, we go away and think. The next time, we go into the shop to discuss the deal. We were told the painting would cost £247 this time round. I ignored this and we discussed instead some other details. The who experience by this point was starting to feel shaky. I did not feel at all my business was welcome. We then go away and come back on a third occasion because our details were lost. Another order had to be arranged and the details had to be ironed out again. This time the painting would cost £300. At this point I knew for sure I was being taken the mick of and walked away feeling very ambivalent. Heritage have not contacted us since and threw away what could have been a very satisfactory arrangement. Bizarre.

Excellent service, placed order for shed on a Friday and told it would be ready the next Friday, actually delivered two days early, great quality, great service. Not yet put together, but expect this will be easy.

Brilliant job putting up our huge garage today! The guys worked very hard, cleaned up and left us with a brilliant solid building. Thanks to all the team at Heritage ! 😁

Excellent quality, efficiently dealt with. They showed flexibility on completion and installation dates, and helped us find a base builder. Unlike others I have heard of, there was no price increase to the customer in a time when timber prices were skyrocketing.
