Birstall Garden Centre leicester

Looks nice but has very little in the way of plants. Disappointed. Wasted trip. Sells fish, garden structures and some ornaments plus tools, bbqs and the like.

I ordered some wellies from Birstall, and couldn't have been more impressed by the kindness I received from them (in particular, Grace). I was a silly imbecile and ordered the wrong size - twice! Their response (after the second return!) to this was: Thank you for emailing and letting us know you have returned your boots. That is not a problem, you've got to make sure they fit you correctly so not to worry. I will pick the size 42 with a 41 calf and do the same as before, pop them aside until the other boots are returned then send these out to you. Fingers crossed this pair will fit you perfect this time. Very pleased with the correct pair - I could not recommend Birstall more. Kind, patient; and professional. Capital stuff. Thank you Grace!

I recently had to change an expensive pair of le Chameau boots due to an issue with the fit. The staff could not have been more helpful and my boots were sent back to the manufacturers and a new pair supplied within a week. An excellent company with which to do business. Thank You

The online buying experience with Birstall has been nothing short of exceptional, with my Kamado Joe Jr ordered on Friday and delivered promptly on Tuesday morning. Have already smoked a pork shoulder and some chicken thighs, both turned out tender and packed with flavour. As of time of writing (August 2021) they offer the best bundle deals on all Kamado Joe's, you can rest assured I'm the kind of person that looks at 100+ retailers before making a choice. Any queries were answered swiftly and in good detail, spoke with Grace who was very helpful. Looking forward to many more grilling sessions, the Junior is the ideal size for a couple with no kids and a greedy dog.

What nice people - from Jo in the office to Jordan who did the delivery and installation . Really nice people who know their product and bend over backwards to make you happy. Cant recommend highly enough - if you're looking for high quality BBQ, Garden Furniture and the like then go and call them or see them and they will not disappoint. ...... just had the first BBQ on the Kamado and it was awesome!

Contacted Birstall looking to see if it was possible to order today (Wednesday), for delivery by the weekend. Great responses from Grace who was polite, quick to respond and generally a happy chappy to deal with. Just waiting for the call from the carrier to fulfil the challenge of getting me my new BBQ down to sunny South Wales in time for the weekend! Thanks Grace, Jonathan
