Lea Vale Medical Practice luton

I phoned lea vale to find out what chemist my medication was being sent too but they was ingaged. I have learning difference I have trouble with the internet. When I got an answer after a number of attempts I was given given the wrong information So I was back to where I started.

where to start ? first of all you cant get through .You have to wait AGES to get through to anyone on the phone , so if you do have an emergency you are best off going to A&E . Then when you do get through the receptionist act like they are doing you a favor and tell you a doctor will call you back and this is if you are really lucky . The only good thing with this surgery is that they have very good doctors. The problem is their very unhelpful front desk and and even more unhelpful processes

Worst experience possible. Probably like all the other medical practices, joking with peoples lives without any respect or regard to human life. If there was less than zero stars to give, I'd give a million minus.

This is clinic from hell ! Im not gonna even waste my time writing about their pathetic service ! Keep away at all cost !!!

Absolutely disorganized and unprofessional practice and stuff behavior. Waiting 50-60 minutes for a phone to be answered is a norm. Someone telling you one thing over the phone or that chat on their website and then receptionist saying something completely different at the desk is also a norm (wasted 2 hours recently due to that).

Pointless place, will be changing my doctors surgery. Anyways rushed in appointments. The receptionists are condescending, currently on going investigation into what's wrong with me, hospital won't do anything told me to reach out to my gp. So did the pharmacy. Her reply was well my advice is that we don't have any appointments. My son of 1 had to wait 2 months fir an appointment as they don't know how to give out emergency appointments correctly. Then tried to diagnose him wrong because they were rushing. Disgusting service terrible receptionist and worse gps

Appointment was 11am, as we report 10 minutes before. But after 35 minuts waiting when we asked a receptionist why It's so long? She take the details again and said you are not checked in 😃 When i said we checked with your colligue and she said yes, then she said let me find out. Few minutes later she said the Doctor is slow, so you will be seen At 12pm or Any other day😃 What a jokes with patient. 12:15pm now..waiting.....

Lines busy..automated message says its reached full capacity. No online web chat. Tried again today after 35 mins holding l opted to be called back. Its now 16.07 no ones called me back. Trying urgently to get an appointment. Even if you finally get through appointments all gone. Dreadful service. Going to report to local Ombudsman

Literally impossible to get an appointment such a joke of a GP. if you manage to get one and feel its kind of urgent, theyll give u a phone consultation like a week later. My doctor is literally always on holiday as well like what

Let me put it like this... The very worst possible clinic in the worst part of Somalia would be BETTER than this GP surgery.
