Doctors provide a poor service and staff arent neither are the nurses except 1

80 % of the Receptionist awful, if you manage to get to speak to Karen she is very helpful & great customer service Very hard to get appointment have to book emergency app and even then it's hard fo t like yo take emergency app but have to other wise you won't get one if you call today no app till October. Doctors Excellent x

This surgery was once a well run and valuable community facility. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. There’s been a change in reception personnel and the entire surgery has gone downhill since. It appears that they have recruited staff to cater for non-English speaking patients and the new staff seriously lack professionalism, tact and courtesy. It’s now nearly impossible to get an appointment. It’s a shame because the doctors are generally very good. Thank goodness that they haven’t changed the excellent Secretary. As a patient, if you want a decent service, you have to either rely on registering for booking appointments online or go to the local walk-in centre.

It only gets one star as its not possible to leave a review without a rating. Staff are awful, rude and offensive. As a manager within social care I dont think I have ever experienced such unprofessionalism. Mihela lead nurse made presumptions on medical treatment being received and why and was disgustingly rude when corrected. Stating she is older than me and I must show her respect!! I will be making a formal complaint.

Professional & caring across all staff groups. I wonder what patients expect when I read previous reviews. Do people not realise that the NHS is desperately under funded because we have a Tory Government who have chosen unnecessary reform & austerity.

Currently on hold on two lines trying to get through having missed a call from a doctor. I have been caller 3, 2 1 with wait times of 2, 1, 5 and then 8 minutes in that order but am now caller number 4. The other line I am simultaneously calling on and have waited for 15 minutes 55 secs just cut off. Apparently now I am back to being caller number 1 and first in line again on the original line, call time currently 20 minutes 14 seconds. Update, now on hold 30 minute. Great doctors but hopeless practice

Worse ever surgery for health care. Telephone appointment system is purely dodgy and none-sense. After 1 hour of hold call cuts off. Management should register as many patients as they can handle counter staff is totally liar and no professional. Now their brilliance of service has come to a point after someone struggles for two hours to book appointment , When they pick call and advise to go walk in centre or nearby pharmacy. If we have to go to walk in in pharmacy why tue hell are u getting salaries for ??????????????????????????????????? Shame on such service. Better close it down

abnormal people work there. I called there today to make an appointment. I don't speak English so I asked for an interpreter. They ignored me because I don't speak English,They told me that the doctor also speaks English so we have a problem, before that there was no problem to give me an interpreter today is already here. Doctors should help me and they ignored me and hung up. Heartless people !!! I don't think I'm inferior to them because I don't speak English, I just wanted to make an appointment because I have serious health problems. I do not recommend this clinic !!!!! 😡😡

Don't waste your time to register at this GP ,you'll never get any help from them, completely arrogant receptionists,no appointments available no matter if you call or go in person, this GP is receiving funds from government for patients for nothing they are useless!

Never answer phone. Useless. The should shut down. Clowns
