I was taken into ward 17 after having a fit at home. I had two more fits while in hospital. Can I say that the staff on ward 17 are the loveliest people. They looked after me so well. I was in hospital for 8 days and was looked after with such care. I can only say a very big Thankyou to them all. Ward 17 is the stroke ward.

I can only say that the experience we had with this hospital, the 999 service and the ambulance staff was incredible. The treatment we received when our grandson became unwell was excellent. The ambulance arrived very quickly, we arrived at A and E, were seen almost immediately, triage and blood tests done very quickly and we saw a wonderful doctor within about 10 minutes. All the staff we saw were brilliant. Can’t thank them all enough, what would we do without these dedicated people?

The Staff are great just the Eye Clinic is understaffed as in no Doctors. Many times I have waited over 2 hours for a check up. Today I waited 3 hours just to get a prescription! The system Afteris frustrating, you have to book into A&E then wait 3 hours I told the receptionist and all of the staff I just needed a prescription. I had to take the day off work for that. When I told the Nurses I was leaving with a bad painful eye. Only then did I get seen. Need to sort out the issues with staff and the system! Luton really needs another hospital I don't get how one Hospital is enough for 350k people that is crazy.

Noting but great things to say about this hospital. From the walk-in centre, to A&E to being admitted. I have been in hospital myself, as were my mother and my father, and the care and staff were always exceptional.

I would rate 0 if I could. Recently moved to Luton & had no idea about how bad this place is. Been to many hospitals in the UK but no doubt it’s the worst of all. Took my wife to the a&e with severe abdominal pain & waited 6 hours still no sign to see a doctor wow!! On top of that the staff at the desk is rude as hell. Not helpful at all. Her attitude is on another level. They say zero tolerance at work place , good but before that they need training on how to deal with patients so bad.

Danny Danny Danny. What a class 1 A Hole. Daytime ambulance coordinator. You shout at the crews.. you call the patients liars. If I was as you called it faking it.. I can assure you you would not be in a bed yourself. Don't raise a vulnerable patients heart rate to 144 bpm unnecessarily. One day you'll upset the wrong patient. Let karma be with you! You should not be working in a hospital, you should be a prison warden.. let's see how far you get with a disgusting attitude like that. Read a patients file before hurling emotional abuse at them!
