Dr J B Pope – Moulton Surgery northampton

Been struggeling to get an appointment for over 5 weeks now, Had to see a nurse my first time who didn't have a clue what was going on. She even said I needed to see a doctor & that I had to phone back up and book another appointment. So I rang again and attempted to book another appointment. The only appointment they would give me is over the phone with a doctor the next day. I was told he would call me at some point.............. He rang at 1730 the following day & the call was over in minutes. Tablets where given which have done nothing after a week of taking ( tablets now finished) . I've called back again today & now i'm being told they have nothing until next week. I'm struggeling with my chest & have been for 5 weeks now & nothing is getting done. Avoid this place.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Nice welcoming doctors and easy to make appointments.

Worst doctors surgery in the UK!! Can't get an appointment when you need one! No emergency appointments ever, apparently!

Cannot get anywhere to re order prescriptions

This surgery is terrible. The doctors themselves are nice however the admin staff / reception are terrible. They try and fob you off, they lie and are always very passive aggressive.
