Absolutely disgusted with the level of ter care, my in-laws now in there late 70's had a front door and bay window fitted nearly 6 weeks ago as soon as the work men left they had nothing but problems, the door wouldn't shut properly and or lock the same with the windows. Only came out last week to fix this. Also have another job to do but at moment I've put it off till further notice. Terrible would not recommend to anyone. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

First they called me 5 times in one day just to make sure I was happy for them to come and give me a quote asking the same questions each time. Then they don't even show up!! This happened not once but twice! Absolutely Terrible service

Clean and tidy work, at great speed, without cutting corners. Kept informed every step of the way. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing with some aspects, the administration didn't know what each department are doing, difficult trying to get copy of contract. Fitting day advised 8-2pm turned up 3.15pm too late to fit two doors I ordered so had to come back. Noticed day after fitting that difficulty I had closing pvc door was it was out of line so hard sometimes / impossible to lock. After sales couldn't care less gave me three week wait to reajust my door. Called back two days later as getting harder to lock, too hard for wife to turn handle, again no customer care said back in three weeks. With strain I have to use probably need new door. Luckily front composite door is fine. Would not use again or recommend

If there's no stars, I would have given them that. Firstly the rep gave us a quote for lintels being done, then didn't want to go ahead with it when we asked them to. The windows.....where do I start??! The beading used are wrong....they used a right angle beading on bay windows which are not right angles. I've mentioned that to the fitters so hopefully they change it. The ground floor windows looked wonky. And the windows put in looked slightly too small! Then, there's the scaffolding......we paid for the scaffold, also wanted to use it for our own purpose of painting the house. Told them that and all agreed. And they took it down the day after!! Now could not get hold of anyone from head office to find out why. Next time, I'll stick to the local companies than a supposedly reputable national company. What a rip off.

Absolute poor customer service. Quick to take money but won’t even pick up the phone. An order placed 3 months ago and still no delivery. I do not recommend anyone to use this business. Avoid at all cost!!

Couldn't give me any sort of idea on the cost of a back door, without sending a salesman round! All I wanted was a ball park figure to see if it was worth wasting everyone's time, Utterly pathetic,

Here I am sitting on the phone! Waiting for my refund to be sorted" been promised by 3 different agents so far, that the check will take 6 weeks to process" 4 months later no refund" I think with the problems I had? I wouldn't use them again & hate to say it" buyer beware! You have been warned by me"

Becoming despondent with this company my door was fitted less than 6 months ago but still I have problems with the quality and fit. Their fitters get here when they can and are always courteous. Nothing against these guys but, I would rather not see them again. Hope the next visit is the last one. Watch this space.

Very poor experience with a pushy salesman forcing an immediate decision rather than allow time to discuss. Would not recommend!
