I have had a large window fitted by Realistic. Every part of the process was professional and very good. The installation required a team of 4 due to the size of the glass. Every member of the team were polite, and respected my home. The quality of the work was very very good. Would i recommend them, without a shadow of doubt. Thank you Realistic.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The product we have (finally) received appears to be ok but it’s been a hell-ride arriving here and I dread to think what will happen if it fails in the future. The communication from Realistic is horrific, we suffered from long delays, then they wrongly ordered parts several times, then we had a leak (after it was plastered) and when we insisted on actually having the job finished before paying the final invoice instalment they threatened legal action! That’s not even mentioning the time they actually argued with us about one of their staff being on site. Despite us being in all day and no one arriving (and the work not done) they told us we were wrong and that he’d been!?!?! I’m sure Ryan will be along soon to say how wrong I am but if anyone wants a truthful account I’ve kept a record of all the correspondence and will be a happy to share it.

Bought a front door 2 years ago which began to stick slightly manager dropped what he was doing and came out to sort it out. Great service and great product highly recommended

I selected Realistic as they are a company approved by the roof manufacturers. The initial visit before making our decision covered all our questions and was not rushed. I was impressed with the installers attention to detail and the quality of the product. We are very pleased with the the end result and use the room more frequently than before.

We were so pleased with every aspect of our new conservatory from Realistic. Everyone was kind, helpful and efficient and the end result excellent. Would heartily recommend this company and their products.

We have used Realistic 3 occasions now, and have no complaints. When our back door become faulty after two years, it was fixed under guarantee with no issues. During 2020 we took our extension project to Realistic knowing that the quantity of product and workmanship would come up to our standards.
