Went to Optical Express in Salisbury today with my wife for an eye assessment. We met some really informative and welcoming people from the lady at the main reception to Ricardo who provided us with all the necessary information. Ricardo was a lovely chap who put us at ease with the various procedures and was extremely knowledgeable providing us with all the answers to the questions we had. I would definatley recommend the team in Salisbury for anyone who is considering this life changing process.

From srart to finish the staff were very courteous and professional. Especially Sue who works at the Salisbury clinic. Thank you very much.

I had my initial consultation at the Salisbury Branch of Optical Express and was so impressed with the warm welcome I received as well as the very thorough eye tests and advice I was given. Having agreed to lens replacement surgery I was booked in to the Southampton clinic and after lens replacement in each eye I am so delighted with the results - for the first time in years I can read even the smallest print without the need of glasses and the multi-focal lenses also give me perfect distance vision. This has made such a difference to my life and I would highly recommend this expert treatment to anyone.

Honestly could not ask for a better team of people to look after you. Everyone is so kind, warm and caring and takes you through every step with attention to detail. I found the staff in Salisbury very helpful and conscientious indeed. The reception member of staff in particular took great trouble to explain the process thoroughly and also to discuss it as a service business with me as marketing was the kind of work I had done. She was also very sympathetic about the ongoing severe pain issues that I have and very careful to explore the allergy complications it causes. There was no suggestion of ‘hard sell’ or heavy pressure to commit to the process, which was vey refreshing, and enhanced my trust in Optical Express.
