This was my first time here. All the staff made me feel at eased. I had a procedure to remove a lesion on my left shoulder. The procedure was carried out by Dr Sofela Surgeon, supported by Leanne Charles Health Care Assistant. Dr Nelson also helped with my procedure. The aftercare was fully explained. I was very impressed with the service and team here and the NHS.

I had a car crash & was left with terrible nerve pain in both of my feet. They were constantly burning. The pain was 24/7, no let up whatsoever. I was prescribed various tablets by the doctors, which did nothing for me. I was referred to the pain clinic to see what they could do. I initially saw Dr Bagchi. He recommended that i should have Qutenza treatment. This was applied by Nurse Susan Blowey. I must admit that I was sceptical at first, but thought that I had nothing to lose. WOW, what a difference!! I have gone from 24/7 pain, not being able to walk around to virtually no pain whatsoever. I cannot thank the team enough. It's given me part of my life back that I thought would not happen.Thank you so much
