Mount Gould Hospital plymouth

I'm a inpatient currently at Mount Gould Hospital on Greenfields unit , I have found that when I first arrived at the unit the staff was very welcome help me settle in well ,after the first month off being there i thought it is a brilliant place to get better and move on . My doctor told me that I won't be here long 4 months down the line i am currently still here , the staff give me false lies all the time don't allow me to have visitors with people who I love . It is meant to be a place where you can trust and open up to staff , I feel like that is not a option .I hope I have helped people understand what a hospital can be like sometimes.

Helpful friendly staff. Variety of different seats in waiting rooms. Sometimes difficult to get a parking space. Has nice cafe and disability aid shop. Very wheelchair friendly. This review is for the Care Centre Mount Gould not the Hospital.

Very nice hospital. Plenty of car parking next to main entrance.

Very impressed with the staff and conditions. We arrived half an hour before my husband's appointment and he was seen straightaway. I waited in a very clean and pleasant cafe where I was served an excellent coffee by really nice staff. These days it is common to knock the NHS but Mount Gould has bucked the trend. We were worried when we went in and delighted when we came out. Thank you Mount Gould.

Everybody seemed so professional and friendly, it was also very clean in there. I've been in a lot of hospitals and this is a very good one.

Mount Gold hospital!The best hospital have ever been too!The receptionist is warm and friendly.The care workers are wonderful.I never want to mis an appointment as the staff are friendly very caring.Nurse kim makes me laugh!Nurse Sam is amazing!All The nurses all go that extra mile to care about you and your treatment
