Went to try out contacts something I've put off for years. Staff were patient friendly and were great at putting people at ease. Thank you.

The optometrist who conducted my eye test was excellent. Dispensing opticians all very competent, collected new prescription today, less than a week after ordering. In all a good service.

Its usually very busy but the staff are always very friendly and helpful and do their jobs quickly and efficiently.

Excellent fast service friendly and knowledgeable staff pleasant atmosphere very good selection of glasses.

I just wanted to come on and let you lovely people know how brilliant Specsavers Salisbury branch are! I visited last Saturday at 2pm in the afternoon. It was fairly busy, but I felt completely safe, they wiped the chairs down after people had sat on them etc. I had a lovely lady test my eye for Glaucoma as my Dad suffers from this, so I get this checked FOC. I then went into see George the optician, what a lovely, lovely man he is! He was chatting away to me, so I can imagine he makes people feel really at ease, he then went onto say that I could continue buying of the shelf reading glasses if I felt they were suffice, he never pressured me into buying a new pair. I can't recommend them enough, great staff. Well done :-)

Always had such professional and helpful service especially my contacts lady , she is the absolute best. My favourite person at specsavers. Love her. She always does everything ti help me and sorts any issues. What a star!
