I recently had a cable snap on my Cardale garage door. I called on Saturday evening and someone came out to help me close the garage door until it could be repaired. They were due to come back out on Sunday but could not obtain the parts and so my only issue with the service was having to chase for an update and then chase again on Monday to get someone to come out and fix it. When the repair guy came out on Monday he was very polite, kept me informed and did the job for a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere.

Issued with a Invoice for £180, then reduced to £75. Ashley told me call out charges are 75 last year were £60, Owner said these were always 75. They start charging you from the second engineer start driving toward your home, and if he takes 40 mins to sort out paper work, you are liable to pay that as well. Do not offer the engineer even cup of tea, as for these 10 minutes you will be paying extra £30-£40. will never use them again.

Shockingly bad workmanship. Damaged the door they were fitting. Smashed plaster off the walls near the door. The workmen left rubbish strewn over the garden and on the street outside. The door is so badly fitted that the wind blows through the gaps. Very bad customer service.
