long cues for flue jab

do you think that some one undergoing chemo should have to stand outside for a flue jab when the hospital doctor told her to isolate. HOW ABOUT A HOME VISIT FOR THIS PLUS THE BUSTER COVID JABS FOR US BOTH. MR David Marsh

I tried unsuccessfully to book an appointment by telephone and was told bookings could only be booked on the automated system, which I had great difficulty in doing so went along to the Drayton surgery to be told by the receptionist that she could not book me an appointment, I would have to do it on the automated system, so returned home to try, try and try again, eventually had an appointment for the next day with Wootton Street but must have pressed the incorrect button to confirm so was given an appointment for September. I telephoned the Wootton Street surgery and the very helpful receptionist confirmed that the next day was still available so booked me in!!!!! I am 84 years old but to my mind still have my faculties. Having paid a stamp from the age of 15 to 61 I feel very let down by the whole system. I must praise the doctor's and nurses on their difficult task but please spare a thought for the oldies who were not brought up with technology of today

Just needed an inhaler prescription. Not helpful at all. After explaining mine had run out unexpectedly and I've had serious asthma since 2, was told an appointment could be Available tomorrow. I walked over to boots, who accessed my files and I had one within 5 minutes. Our health system is in absolute tatters

Brilliant doctors!! I have been fobbed off for years but when I moved to Cosham I joined this surgery who are joint with Drayton surgery. I got more answers/ success in one 10 minute appointment than I ever have. One procedure that my old surgery attempted twice was not successful. The doctor I saw here for the same procedure Dr Day to name her was brilliant and got it done in 2 minutes such a relief and weight off my shoulders! Thankyou so much!
