Why why why do they not have a call queue system? Having to sit there spamming Call as every time its line busy is infuriating and time wasting. I just want to see a doctor about an infection before it becomes worse.

Poor service I'm afraid. Repeatedly told to use ear drops over 2 years of complaining of earache only to discover I had several forms of bacteria co-habitating in my ear and infection taboot which required anti biotics and special ear drops. After a couple of weeks the treatment worked, great! Told to make a follow up appointment I was unable to get one and the infection has returned. Nice work.

I have been with this practice for many years and have never seen it as bad as it is currently. Coming back from a trip about 2 months ago I was worried about a couple of skin spots. I tried to phone with absolutely no success, looked online and there were no appointments for the next month, went down only to be told I must to go down at 7:30 am and get in a queue to make an appointment to be seen sometime the same day... I asked what else they could do and was told to see a pharmacist. The pharmacist said they could see me immediately but when I asked what would happen if they found a problem, they said they would ask me to go and see my doctor..... Just as an aside, my quite frail 87 year old neighbour informed me that has to get up at 6 am to be in the queue for 7 am to get an appoinment for later the same day - what a farce! Unfortunately I have had to phone them today as I feel rather unwell, but was condescended to so mightily by the Osborne Road receptionist (very abrupt and sharp) 'obviously we have been busy since 8 am and no one will talk to you' again told to see a pharmacist (it is an ongoing problem, I KNOW what is wrong, and I KNOW what I need! it is not over the counter) Now I have been told to go to St Mary's - current delay 4 - 5 hours... I give up - I'm sure the docs are great but the system is stupid. Do not join this practice

I hate having to phone them up for an appointment as it takes way to long and the online app has never worked. You get asked to go in at a certain time and can sit there waiting for ove an hour. Which with anxiety and my PTSD this is not a great thing to have to do. Plus the receptionist never listen enough and are not private at all I heard them talking about my business while i was there, there rude impatient and have no respect for your personal needs. I asked for a doctors app for a couple of things as I can never actually get an appointment, it always has to be and emergency appointment and then get told by the doctor if I want to get more than one problem sorted to make another bloody appointment. seriously it's a joke.

Even though there ARE staff here who do seem to care and try to be as helpful as possible, I cannot rate more than 1 star as I nearly died due to this surgery. I ASKED a gp if I could have Type 1 diabetes as I had EVERY SINGLE symptom and I was laughed at and told I had a UTI. I was given Antibiotics and sent on my way the next day I went into a Diabetic Coma as my Glucose Levels were so high... The symptoms I had were, peeing and drinking INSANE amounts, weight loss (So bad my eyes and cheeks were sunken), vomiting, blurry vision, and exhaustion... I even had them all written down so I didn't forget any. Also getting an appointment takes a minimum of half an hour, I actually had to call over 72 times once as the phone is just always engaged.

Given the wrong medication for the second time. This place is trying to be useless, it has to be.

Maybe it would be possible to give more stars if we were ever able to get an appointment here. But it is not.

I recently had a very thorough consultation in a relaxed atmosphere at Trafalgar surgery. The doctor encouraged me to contact her again if my condition didn't improve. I was grateful to have an appointment at the surgery rather than just a telephone consultation.

Every consultation I have had with a doctor from this practice has been good. They're thorough and you feel are really listened to. Yes there's a wait to get through to reception, but I think that is no different from any other surgery
