To get a real impression of how terrible this practice group is please see reviews for Brookside Group Practice. They should be ashamed of the really poor service being offered at this group practice. Absolutely disgusting service, you can never get an appointment or see your regular GP.

Terrible reception staff. Some of them are extremely rude. No real understanding when you come in and are ill. Not all the doctors are good. Very good at fobbing you off. Had to wait two weeks for an appointment and the doctor who saw me was so unhelpful, she told me to go and see the original doctor who was already aware of my symptoms. Came to the emergency clinic with a terrible problem and everyone who came after me were seen to and I was kept waiting for over 1.5hrs. The receptionist was totally unhelpful, rude and aggressive. I have been left extremely upset and distort.
