I feel blessed that during these difficult times we have access to such a brilliant surgery. Incredibly efficient but equally important, all the staff there - receptionists, doctors nurses - are just so so helpful, kind, friendly and supportive. They should all be so so proud of the massive difference they are making. Thank you!

I've had excellent care and attention from everyone in the surgery. I've had rather complex and very rare conditions diagnosed very early with scans, blood and urine tests ordered promptly. The follow ups have been prompt and both Dr Tiwari and Sara the practice nurse have been very thorough in their care and attention.

I find the doctors very nice and helpful. However trying to book an appointment online, is as far as I can see a complete waste of time. Not once since we were given a code to access the online appointments a couple of years ago has there ever been any appointments available to book, I have even downloaded the NHS app still with no luck. What is the point of offering a service if the surgery staff never update it. I complained about this to the receptionist and was told it depends when the nurse releases the appointments but she couldn’t tell when that would be. Is it a secret or something. Frustrating when you ring in the morning and all the slots are taken so you ring at 2 o’clock to find all the afternoon appointments are gone as well but you can’t book several days in advance over the phone, you would think life was bad enough as it is .

The nurse I interacted with was wonderful, patient, and kind when dealing with my needle phobia. The doctor(s) while respectful don't seem worth talking to. I've been dealing with an issue for months and there's been no consistency in attempting to treat it. I'm not sure why I bother turning up, and to be honest I don't think its worth the time it takes to get ahold of anyone on their phone. Update: Okay there is one doctor here I trust and would go to for medical attention. Dr. Tiwari clearly had looked at my chart and listened to me when I described my woes, then took appropriate steps forward on my diagnosis and treatment. From now on when I call I will ask for her specifically.
