Lovely receptionists and attitude to new patients - very understanding of my temporary situation and quick to diagnose (correctly!) my problems. Will go back to them if I'm in the area and in need of help!

My daughter was sick so I left a message online. GP doctor contacted me right away and made a face-to-face appointment and then she examined my daughter carefully. Thank you for your careful and quick processing.

Do not recommend this surgery, initially registered due to the positive reviews below however the service has been pathetic recently...the people at reception are clueless, absolutely no empathy towards patients. My wife's NHS referral was delayed for no reason, complete and utter waste of time.. please please avoid this surgery !!

Hi! I visit am visiting the surgery from last six years. It was very good initially ,but lately been very unprofessional . I have pain in my breast from last two months and the doctor is unable to diagnose , she said she will refer me to the breast team, this was on the 1st of October and I have been following up regularly ,as I have not received any letter from NHS. 12 days later I get the news that the referral was only made yesterday, this is ridiculous...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Very bad service, I asked for a repeat prescription, I used to have from my previous GP usually for three months. They give me two prescriptions for two months.

Quiet local surgery, set in a residential property. Helpful staff, with small car park for disabled & elderly to the front. Good website. Have been operating a consistent doctor phone consultation service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
