I want to speak to a qualified doctor not a pharmacist or a nurse or a cleaner or a receptionist. I have a problem with my genitals I don't want to speak about it to anyone. Can't get an appointment for two weeks.

Dr Gerrard is in the wrong profession! He doesn't listen to what the problem is and gives advice on how people in 3rd world countries have to cope and that we should do the same!!??!!!???!!!!! For your own well being stay away from this surgery! I'd give it zero stars or minus if I could.

My visit to the GP was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. The doctor was rude, showed no compassion and interrogated me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and like I was making up my symptoms. Please don't use this surgery if you want to feel that your doctor cares about you.

Just terrible. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer for a scheduled appointment with no explanation as to the delay. And this is not an isolated incident.

I have to admit, first and foremost, that the extremely negative reviews of this practise made me quite reluctant to go to my appointment. I was concerned that I would require emotional support after leaving. I decided, however, to give Dr Gerard D'Cruz the benefit of the doubt. And I am very, very glad I did. Dr Gerard was both professional and compassionate, systematic and sympathetic, scientific and human. He is one of the most effective communicators I have ever met (and I just so happen to have studied communication for the past ten years). How did I feel when I entered his office? Nervous. How did I feel when I left? Relaxed and with peace of mind.
