Very very very bad service. Receptionist on phone does not talk to you in proper manner way, very rude and cruel manner to handle. Doctors are good enough to say but receptionist are very rude and they need to hire new front desk staff for better outcomes.

The doctors are superb but receptionists not so.

So my dad went in to collect my mums prescription, his face began to droop and the receptionist said - looks like a stroke, go home and call the ambulance. Go home? NO- you call the ambulance?!

Horrible place. When I booked I got my appointment 10 minutes late. Then the doctor asked if I had heartburn and I said no. Then the doctor said I needed medicine for heartburn when my THROAT was hurting. Very bad service.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Everything about this surgery is absolutely appalling. I was on hold for 45 minutes and when someone finally picked up the call, to my surprise I was cut off. I would rather travel a distance to another surgery than continue to be registered to this one. The receptionists are extremely rude and my experience with this surgery has been nothing but horrendous.

Some people who work here are the biggest issue. Being nice is not that hard

I would give them less than one star if google had one. They are the worst than anyone would expect. No doctors/nurses/ pharmacist ever available. You have to call sharp at 8am to get a doctor appointment but the phone is engaged always at that time. I have used GP surgeries in Twickenham and they had outstanding services. I moved here, so forcefully had to change my surgery. Had no clue that the quality of service differs area wise then would never have moved. If you had a choice avoid this surgery for sure :(

This is one of the worse GP surgeries around, the staff are rude and abrupt. Their phone lines is not a good system as it’s constantly engaged pretty much the whole day. I asked them about this and they said it was to avoid people holding for so long. I would rather be put in queuing system than to constantly get engaged tone and not be be able to know when someone will answer my call. When you eventually manage to speak to someone they’re so rude they put the phone down before you even finish your sentence as they seem in rush to get you off the phone and this happened on more than one occasion. There is no patience or compassion considering they’re supposed to be a place for healing health care.

Worst gp I have expected so far. Reception is very non respectful. An hour waiting to answer. Very disappointed
