Like the other reviewer, I would rate lower if I could. I registered here and got a blood check done and referral to the hospital. I ring back a month or so later for a different enquiry and they don't know who I am and say i'm no longer actively registered! What a complete joke. If they can't operate their computer systems properly, who's to say they were even my blood test results? Now i'm going to have to go to another GP and do more paper work again and wait even more time just to be seen by a Dr.

Only giving 1* because there isn't an option to rate less than that. The receptionist at the Christchurch Road branch was absolutely awful and very unprofessional.

Take long to answer the phone but get there eventually. Have only had one good doctor experience so far. Not the best but better than the other options available.

So hard to get an appointment. Plus been disappointed several times by treatment given. Doctors did not seem to listen at all to our requests and we're stuck on the one treatment to give us. I don't feel like I'm in good hands when going to this practise, the only reason I am going is because it is close to my place, but will probably change soon

Staff are overworked, appointments have to be booked on the day at 8am (lines are always busy) or a week in advance. Mixed level of treatment from the Doctors. I have had some very good appointments at times but the truth is There are much better surgeries out there.
